Pre-Design
A specific capability of our firm in the pre-design stage is a Master Planning. The services offered by Airwater Engineering provide a full range of planning, and initial project services.
Through these services, a project can be implemented from conceptual to a final design both economically and per a schedule agreed upon during contractual negotiations with a Customer. Our Project Team participate in review of a project objectives and goal development, interview management and operations representatives, assesses current condition, conducts site surveys, collects data for engineering analysis, develops conceptual design and evaluates the most valuable options for retrofits, fit-ups and expansions.
During each stage in the development of the project, a detailed estimate is prepared from the available project documentation based on an existing site condition. The specific estimating and scheduling is completed at each stage to define clearly the Scope of Work.
